Position Overview

Sales Arborist Representative -Sells products to business, governmentestablishments or individuals at sales office,customer’s place of businessor other locationsby performing the followingduties.

Compensation Data : $65k-$100k per year (2-4 years minimum experience)

Job Duties

• Learn to work as a tree doctor that makes house calls!
• Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees.
• Provide customers with estimates based on their needs.
• Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
• Create and build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Set up and supervise crew members assigned to customer jobs.
• Learn to be a part of the office and field management team.
• The Sales Representatives assist the District Manager in the direction of the whole team.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors
• Must obtain ISA Certified Arborist ® after hire
• Required : Valid driver’s license
• Regional plant and horticulture knowledge
• Good people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient and organized
• Must be able to complete extension courses on Tree Biology, Tree Pruning and Removal, and Plant Health Care
• Preferred : Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if required by state law
