A leading engineering company is seeking a sales professional to promote and sell their HVAC products. You will be responsible for providing technical support, identifying new business opportunities, and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, and at least five years of experience in the industry. This role offers a remote working option and commission-based compensation, including initial support for the first 12 months.

Competenze

  • 5+ years of experience in HVACR or related industries.
  • Strong network in Distribution / Aftermarket channels.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-based pay.

  • Promote and sell product portfolio to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell our product portfolio to distributors, aftermarket clients, and OEMs
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers
  • Organize and participate in meetings, events and roadshows for product presentations
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships
  • Work closely with our internal team for support, pricing, and product development feedback
  • Report on a weekly basis back to us: on customer visits, potential new opportunities (qualification and quantification), addressing customer requests and overall daily routines
  • Work based on KPI metrics: revenue, volumes and new opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven previous sales experience in the HVACR, Commercial Refrigeration components industry, and also, secondarily, in water valves and gas and cooking systems companies
  • Strong technical knowledge of relevant components and systems
  • A solid network of contacts in Distribution / Aftermarket channels and OEMs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable working on a commission‑based compensation model
  • Ability to manage and grow a territory independently
Experience, Skills, and Education
  • Languages: English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics
  • At least five years of experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel and Power Point
Location & Compensation

Location: Remote
Compensation: Commission-Based & Kick-off Support for 12 first months
