Competenze

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel, with at least 1 year in a similar position.
• Knowledge of LQA / Forbes standards.
• Ability to model the company's culture and values.

Mansioni

• Monitor room rates, occupancy trends, and revenue performance.
• Analyze historical data and recommend pricing strategies.
• Support dynamic pricing models to maximize profitability.
• Track and report KPIs such as RevPAR and ADR.
• Assist with the maintenance of PMS and CRS systems.
