Overview

Join our team and help shape the future of connectivity indoors and outdoors. Andrew designs network technology that brings people together, and as a Customer Experience Specialist you will directly impact customer experience by building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Main Duties
  • Take ownership of customer inquiries and demonstrate initiative in resolving them via phone, chat, and email
  • Accurately and promptly enter purchase orders into ERP systems
  • Proactively resolve any issues preventing order entry, working with customers and Sales to ensure clean, accurate purchase orders
  • Manage orders effectively from receipt and acknowledgment to handling change requests, coordinating with internal teams and keeping customers informed
  • Prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines
  • Participate in business segment meetings and product training sessions
  • Attend sales meetings and communicate key updates, priorities, or issues as needed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives
  • Support the business with specific projects as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
  • Good French knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable collaborating across virtual, cross-functional teams
  • Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Multitasker with the ability to work under pressure
  • Team player, eager to deliver results, learn, and share knowledge
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with SAP, Business Objectives, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
  • Familiarity with Power BI, advanced Excel, Power Apps, or automation tools is advantageous
