Remote Italian speaking Customer Service Representative in Athens, Greece

Join Learning & Growth Education Ltd as a Remote Customer Service Representative based in Athens, Greece. This role is ideal for passionate, empathetic individuals who excel in problem‑solving, communication, and community support.

What You Will Do
  • Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely support to users.
  • Stay informed about products and community standards to offer effective solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve user issues, including account support requests and reports of abusive content.
  • Respond to inquiries with speed, quality, and empathy.
  • Use market‑specific knowledge to identify scalable improvements in user support.
  • Analyze data to enhance user experience and improve workflows.
  • Enforce Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing abuse reports.
  • Spot trends and, when necessary, escalate complex issues to the global team.
What We Are Looking For
  • C2 Italian and B2 English communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a bias toward doing what’s right for the community.
  • Attention to detail and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to enhance workflows.
  • Familiarity with products and community standards (training will be provided).
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: 1,100 EUR gross monthly × 14 per year.
  • Performance bonus: up to 200 EUR per month.
  • Work schedule: Monday–Saturday 09:00–19:00 (8 hours per day, 5 days per week with rotational shifts).
