What You Will Do
- Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely support to users.
- Stay informed about products and community standards to offer effective solutions.
- Investigate and resolve user issues, including account support requests and reports of abusive content.
- Respond to inquiries with speed, quality, and empathy.
- Use market‑specific knowledge to identify scalable improvements in user support.
- Analyze data to enhance user experience and improve workflows.
- Enforce Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing abuse reports.
- Spot trends and, when necessary, escalate complex issues to the global team.
What We Are Looking For
- C2 Italian and B2 English communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a bias toward doing what’s right for the community.
- Attention to detail and a results‑driven mindset.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to enhance workflows.
- Familiarity with products and community standards (training will be provided).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 1,100 EUR gross monthly × 14 per year.
- Performance bonus: up to 200 EUR per month.
- Work schedule: Monday–Saturday 09:00–19:00 (8 hours per day, 5 days per week with rotational shifts).
