Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)! No RBT certification is required - we provide extensive training for passionate individuals looking to make a difference. As an RBT, you will work closely with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans and collaborating with our team of professionals. All we ask that you come willing to learn a lot, love a lot, and serve a lot of really amazing families!

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is welcome
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
