Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)! No RBT certification is required - we provide extensive training for passionate individuals looking to make a difference. As an RBT, you will work closely with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans and collaborating with our team of professionals. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology or related field is a plus
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
