An international tire manufacturer is seeking a motivated sales professional to attract new customers while maintaining existing relationships. This role requires three years of tire sales experience and the ability to work independently with frequent travel (approximately 75%). The successful candidate will communicate effectively with management and perform hands-on demonstrations of tire features. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Competenze

International Manufacturer of AG and Construction Tires

You will be responsible for attracting new customers, maintaining existing customers, and communicating with management.

Must be familiar with AG tires! This position requires going to tire dealers and their users to demonstrating the company tires features and benefits. There are some hands-on demonstrations. Early work will be focused on the agricultural market and will expand into construction and off the road tires.

Job Duties

  • Convincing – able to present a clear message and win business.
  • Maintain and expand customer base within the assigned region
  • Deliver. Plan your work, work your plan! Do what you say you will do! Manage existing customers, seek re-orders.
  • Build and maintain rapport with key accounts
  • Resolves conflicts successfully
  • Keep customers in the buying mood
  • Communicates new sizes, new products, new prices, and such effectively and timely.
  • Keep regular communications with management and peers.
  • Approximately 75% travel
Required Experience
  • Three years of tire sales experience required - some AG experience required
  • The successful candidate is driven and self-motivated.
  • Must be able to interact well via telephone and e-mail
  • Ability to travel in designated region
  • Strong ability to work independently / autonomously
  • Computer literate : Excel, Word, e-mail, attachments, PowerPoint, file management.
