Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Hospitality & Residential Regional Key Account Manager Europe to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and cash flow targets for a defined list of Key Accounts within the assigned region. You will manage partnerships, ensure alignment with company goals, and drive growth within the Technogym Wellness System (TWS). Additionally, you will oversee account transitions, maintain accurate forecasts, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

Your Impact
  • Achieve sales, profitability, and cash flow targets for European Key Accounts (KA) within the assigned region.
  • Prepare, implement, and control the planning for Key Accounts to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Directly manage partnerships with Hospitality & Residential (H&R) Key Accounts, ensuring strong and productive relationships.
  • Prepare, implement, and control agreements with H&R Key Accounts at the regional level, ensuring all terms are met and beneficial for both parties.
  • Maximize opportunities across all accounts within the Technogym Wellness System (TWS), driving growth and market penetration.
  • Manage the handover of accounts among the team, ensuring seamless transitions that maintain client satisfaction and value for R4V.
  • Regularly manage and update the group account forecast to ensure accurate predictions and strategic planning.
  • Guarantee adherence to the Technogym cultural model, company policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Governance standards and practices.
About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in, the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills.

What You Should Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of Experience in Solution Selling to Global Hotel Chains.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional markets.
  • Previous Experience in Consulting for Hotellerie, Cruise, and Real Estate sectors is a plus
  • Expertise in achieving sales, profitability, and cash flow targets.
  • Ability to prepare, implement, and control strategic plans for Key Accounts.
  • Strong skills in managing and nurturing partnerships with Key Accounts.
  • Proficiency in preparing, implementing, and controlling agreements at the regional level.
  • Experience in maximizing opportunities and driving growth within a defined system or market.
  • Ability to manage and update account forecasts for accurate predictions and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance standards and practices, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Native English; additional languages are a plus.
