The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, handle transactions accurately, and comply with company policies. Refund Global Blue Tax Free Forms at a Global Blue Refund Point.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Verify and refund Global Blue Tax Free Forms
  • Ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers
  • Prevent refunding mistakes and fraud
  • Prepare reports as needed
  • Observe Global Blue policies, guidelines and procedures
  • The position may be part of a Downtown Cash Refund Office

  • Number of refunded transactions
  • Refunding mistake ratio
Reporting and collaboration
  • Reporting line: Refund Supervisor or Airport Manager
  • Mainly cooperates with: Peers at same and other Refund Points

  • University degree
