Recruitment Coordinator Southern Europe

Function: Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Southern Europe ideally based in Milano area

Reports To: Culture and Development Senior Manager

Collaborates With: Territory People Business Partners, Territory Managers

Temporary contract until October 2026 with possibility of extension

Job Purpose

This role supports the end-to-end recruitment process across Southern Europe from posting job vacancies and attracting candidates to screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding. It also detects talent within the organization and improves capability around selection in SO and cinemas. Additionally, it supports Culture & Development initiatives to ensure consistency, data accuracy, and a great candidate and colleague experience across Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post job vacancies, screen applications, schedule interviews, conduct background checks.
  • Manage internal recruitment tool (Jobtrain) and ensure daily functionality.
  • Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Manage onboarding for recruited colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports (vacancy volume, time to hire, agency spend).
  • Ensure SoX and GDPR compliance with all people data.
  • Produce engaging content for career pages and recruitment marketing materials.
  • Support recruitment and employee engagement events (job fairs, internal activities).
  • Coordinate with Culture & Development to align employer branding with company values and DEI actions.
