At the St Regis Rome we are looking for a Recruiting & Training Agent to join the HR Team (temporary contract).
The role will have the main focus on recruiting and hiring activities for the staff line supporting the management team in sourcing new candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and completing the hiring process.
He/She will support the Training Supervisor in the HR soft activities related to Talent and Culture if necessary such as training internal communication and events in order to promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, efficient interpersonal and communication skills, is an open‑minded person focused on the HR field with at least a previous experience in HR soft activities, especially in recruiting processes better if in Marriott hotels.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager. Welcome and acknowledge all new associates according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Bachelor Degree and Master in HR
