The Role

Join SushiSamba Milan as a Reception & Reservation Manager and become the heart of the guest experience, ensuring that every reservation and welcome is handled with efficiency, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing reservations, coordinating tables, and optimizing the guest experience.
  • Welcoming guests with courtesy, professionalism, and enthusiasm, both in person and over the phone.
  • Coordinating the hostess and reservation team to ensure a smooth and high-quality service.
  • Keeping systems and databases updated with reservations, contacts, and special requests.
  • Handling special requests and proactively resolving any issues.
  • Collaborating with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure service consistency and quality.
  • Participating in briefings and contributing to improving operational processes.
What we are looking for :
  • Previous experience in high-end restaurants, preferably managing reservations and reception.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments.
