Competenze

• 2 years previous experience in prime Real Estate companies or leading consulting firms.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Compliant with 'categorie protette : articolo 18 legge 68 / 99'.

• Research and analysis of market and socio-economic data
• Evaluation of real estate portfolios and individual residential assets
• Identify the best strategy for the enhancement / management of heterogeneous real estate portfolios with focus on the Living sector (residential for sale, rent, student housing, senior housing, co-living)
• Key market parameters analysis (values, yields, absorption times, etc.)
• Business Plan / DCFs and analysis of real estate investments in terms of yield, economic returns, and risk profile

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Engineering / Construction Management or Economics. Any post-graduate Master in Real Estate Management is a plus
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in prime Real Estate companies or in leading consulting firms
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good time-management skills and flexibility
• Excellent analytical skills, proactive approach, and team-work attitude
• Compliant with the 'categorie protette : articolo 18 legge 68 / 99'
