A global transport company in Milan seeks a Fleet Manager responsible for the effective and efficient maintenance of the fleet. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the rail or maintenance industry. Key responsibilities include managing customer relations, operational planning, and team management to ensure high fleet availability and safety. Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the rail or maintenance or production industry.
• Experience in fleet operations.
• Knowledge of maintenance management information systems.
• Client facing experience.

Mansioni

• Ensure effective maintenance of the fleet 24 hours a day.
• Manage the day-to-day contact with the customer regarding service provision.
• Organise resources to ensure production plan achievement.
• React to train failures to minimise production impact.
