As a Senior Quality Manufacturing Manager for the GTE and CTS Business Units, you will develop and apply processes and procedures aiming to drive significant improvements in Manufacturing Quality of supported plants, proactively mitigating potential risks to meet Operations expectations on reliability and on-time delivery. The manager must be ready to embrace a wider range of responsibilities looking at the Energy Equipment business transformation. Relocation opportunities can be requested based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Manufacturing processes and procedures harmonization in line with GTE and CTS products portfolio evolution and market trends. Proactively promote the continuous improvement across the supported plants
- Accountable in managing and coordinating cross- functional initiatives to meet high quality manufacturing standards
- Work strategically with ITO team to develop a risk mitigation plan for recurrent defects related to internal processes and suppliers
- Be accountable to support all activities to meet high quality standard for the assigned plants, including process improvements and strategic initiatives
- Built a strong collaboration with the extended Manufacturing organization to embrace their needs and deliver the new quality mindset across the organization
- Be an inspiring manager for the supported plants, to achieve a significant growth on technical skills, quality cultural transformation and contemporary behaviors
- Build a strong network with plant leaders, production leaders and engineering to enhance quality execution and identify opportunities for productivity and efficiency
- Interact with local Quality Leaders to leverage competencies and promote a culture of collaboration
- Embrace Company values and make them core personal values for supported organizations
- Responsible to support the remote plants about assigned goals on KPIs improvement and Customer experience, such as but not limited to internal and suppliers’ defects, cost of quality, DPMO, escaping defects, RCA/NCA/CAPA effectiveness and on-time completion, Customers’ site support

- STEM master’s or bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in Manufacturing leading roles such as Operations, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering
- Enhanced technical know-how on company’s products in the Oil & Gas and energy markets
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
