Competenze

This Position reports to:

Quality Control Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to assist local unit in developing the necessary capabilities to effectively control products and systems. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the development and implementation of standards and test methods to ensure only compliant products, software, and services are released to the customer.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

  • Supporting manufacturing line to ensure products, systems, or software meet specified requirements and customer expectations in manufacturing, factory test labs, or final inspection quality, including internal testing routine and Factory Acceptance Testing (F.A.T.) as applicable.
  • Supporting quality control needs and activities for production quality, testing and validation, and engineering, as applicable in the local organization.
  • Using data analytics to identify risks, failures, and non-conformities.
  • Implementing corrective actions on analyzed NCRs and customer claims.
  • Re-evaluating quality processes, defect analysis methods, and improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting management with tools, systems, and quality-related content.
  • Executing and assisting specific quality-related training, promoting a passion for quality, integrity in all actions and a zero-defect vision, with a focus on result orientation.
  • Performing audits to assess system compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications for the Role
  • Degree in Engineering, secondary school education or an experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Sound knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical topic, Electrical Diagram and Testing equipment
  • You are skilled in problem-solving and solution-finding, comfortable working in a shopfloor environment
  • You are passionate about communication and implementing solutions to quality problems, engaging with various stakeholders across departments.
  • You are proficient in Excel, MS Office, SAP, and Power BI, with knowledge of AI tools like Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Loop (a plus).
  • You are comfortable communicating in Italian and you have a good command of English (B1 level)
  • You possess a valid category B driving license for use in Italy
