A leading aviation training company in Rome is seeking a part-time Quality/Compliance Auditor to conduct audits on maintenance and continuing airworthiness activities. The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of EASA Part-M requirements and is proficient in both Italian and English. Responsibilities include planning audits, evaluating compliance, and preparing documentation. This freelance position involves approximately 10 working days per year.

Competenze

• Certification or training in Quality Management Systems (Auditor Training Certificate) is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of EASA Part-M requirements is essential.

Mansioni

Role Description

We are looking for a Quality/Compliance Auditor – Aircraft Maintenance to collaborate with Aviomar CAO as an external contractor.

This is a part-time freelance position, with an expected workload of approximately 10 working days per year, based on operational needs.

The Auditor will conduct quality and compliance audits on maintenance and continuing airworthiness activities, ensuring adherence to EASA Part-M and Part-ML standards. Auditing activities will take place both in Rome and Parma.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits of aircraft maintenance and airworthiness processes
• Evaluate compliance with applicable ENAC and EASA regulations
• Communicate audit findings effectively and prepare related documentation
• Support corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of audit results
• Support the CAO in relations with the Competent Authority

Qualifications & Competencies

• Good command of both Italian and English languages
• Solid knowledge of EASA Part-M requirements
• Certification or training in Quality Management Systems (Auditor Training Certificate)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Operational knowledge of IQSMS software (auditing modules)
• Degree in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred)
