We are looking for a:

Purchasing Specialist at DHL Supply Chain and work closely with the Purchasing Manager and our collaborative team. You’ll play a key role as a trusted partner for internal clients, ensuring quality, price, and service in all procurement activities.

What you’ll do
  • Support internal customer satisfaction by delivering on quality, price, and service expectations;
  • Collaborate with technical departments (facility, security, project management) and coordinate with the GBS Procurement team;
  • Prepare and manage tenders: identify suppliers, analyze offers, and negotiate with new and existing suppliers;
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively address challenges, involving the manager when needed;
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports and presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
  • Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and continuous process improvement.
What we need from you
  • Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and negotiation techniques
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem solving abilities, and ability to work independently
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent English
