Un'azienda innovativa nel settore idraulico è alla ricerca di un Prototype Specialist per rafforzare il proprio Dipartimento Prototipi. Il candidato ideale deve possedere solide competenze tecniche in meccanica di precisione e avere familiarità con la programmazione CNC. Sarai parte di un team dedicato alla prototipazione e alla produzione in piccola scala, con attività che vanno dall'assemblaggio alla verifica delle tolleranze utilizzando strumenti di misura manuali.

Competenze

• Esperienza in processi di lavorazione come perforazione e fresatura.
• Capacità di lettura di disegni tecnici complessi.
• Esperienza con linguaggi di programmazione CNC, come Fanuc o Heidenhain.

Mansioni

• Assemblaggio e smontaggio di attrezzi con misurazione tramite presetting.
• Impostazione di centri di lavorazione orizzontali e verticali.
• Verifica delle tolleranze utilizzando strumenti di misura manuali.

Job Description

We are looking for a Prototype Specialist – Drilling Area
to strengthen our Prototype Department, the heart of innovation and experimentation within the company.

The ideal candidate is a professional with solid technical skills, a passion for precision mechanics, and the willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment where flexibility and teamwork make the difference.

You will be part of a team dedicated to prototyping and small-scale production, taking care of:

• assembly and disassembly of tools, with measurement through presetting
• set-up of horizontal and vertical machining centers
• loading and unloading of parts from the vise
• inspection and replacement of worn tools
• verification of tolerances using manual measuring instruments (e.g. bore gauge)
• accessory activities (deburring, brushing, washing, rolling)
• reworking on column drilling machines
• with appropriate training: tool selection and CNC programming

Qualifications

We are looking foraprofessional with:

• knowledge of machining processes (drilling, milling, threading, boring, reaming)
• strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings (views, sections, dimensional and geometric tolerances, surface finish)
• familiarity with tools, clamping systems, and measuring instruments (presetting)
• experience with CNC programming languages (Fanuc and/or Heidenhain)
• accuracy, autonomy, and strong teamwork skills
