We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals specifically for EPC Plant projects. You will manage the entire proposal lifecycle for complex engineering, procurement, and construction tenders, ensuring compliance with company standards and tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Schedule and lead proposal kick-off and storyboarding sessions tailored to EPC Plant projects.
  • Facilitate key review meetings and final document approvals involving multidisciplinary teams.
  • Coordinate proposal governance, document production, and timely delivery for EPC bids.
  • Prepare bid/no-bid analyses and support strategic decisions with senior management.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk analyses related to EPC Plant tenders and ensure completeness of all bid documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, HR, Commercial, and Contract Management teams to estimate project costs and contractual terms for EPC scopes.
  • Participate in internal bid reviews, negotiations, and post-submission follow-ups to optimize success rates.
  • Analyze bid outcomes to continuously improve proposal effectiveness.
  • Prepare job order starting budgets for awarded EPC projects in alignment with company financial models.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Proposal Manager working on EPC Plant projects or similar large-scale industrial projects.
  • Experience in Contract and/or Project Management within EPC environments is a strong advantage.
  • Strong commercial orientation, organizational skills, and knowledge of EPC estimation methods.
  • Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and creative writing.
  • Solid understanding of economic and financial analysis related to EPC contracts (cash flow, bonds, insurances).
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
