Project Manager / PMO (Relocation to Austria):

Your role

As a Project Manager/PMO your challenges will include:

• Defining or redefining internal business processes;
• Management of organization-themed projects;
• Coordinate projects of changes to the organizational structure;
• Support the business in project requirements definition and analysis of the functional and technical requirements, with the prioritization of development streams;
• Organization and coordination of weekly meetings with the IT provider;
• Manage and update of the issues documentations;
• Project Management support include but are not limited to preparing and delivering presentations, scheduling and facilitating meetings, preparing and presenting status reports, developing project plans and timelines;

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in project management activities;
• Experience in working on business and organizational processes is highly appreciated;
• Bachelor Degree’s;
• Optimal relational, communication, team management and coordination skills;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is mandatory;
• Proficiency in English & German;
• Availability to travel;
• This position requires EU work permit
