IT Project Manager – International Company

We are partnering with a well-established international company operating in a dynamic and structured environment, currently strengthening its IT and digital transformation roadmap. We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead complex application projects with a strong focus on ERP (SAP), CRM and Business Intelligence solutions.

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex IT projects: analysis, planning, development, testing, go‑live and post‑go‑live
• Coordinate application roll‑outs across Italian and international sites
• Act as a key interface between business functions and technical teams
• Oversee the evolution and integration of ERP (SAP), CRM and BI systems
• Manage external vendors, internal technical teams and business stakeholders
• Monitor application performance and support issue resolution
• Contribute to IT strategy and digital process optimisation

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Experience in industrial / manufacturing environments
• Experience managing complex, multi‑stream IT projects
• Knowledge of ERP / CRM / BI environments (SAP is a plus, not mandatory)
• Exposure to multi‑country roll‑outs and structured organisations
• Strong process analysis and requirements translation skills
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
• Good command of English
