A Snapshot of Your Day: Join Siemens Energy as a Project Manager for High Voltage Products and immerse yourself in a dynamic role that drives project execution in the High Voltage Product area, focusing on GIS, Circuit Breakers, and Power Transformers. You will regularly supervise project critical metrics, support the Installation & Commissioning team, and maintain open communication while fostering relationships with customers, partners and factories. You will coordinate resources, uphold quality processes, and implement effective risk management measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead allocated projects, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and achieving project targets.
• Supervise critical metrics for projects to maintain top performance and customer happiness, and maintain constant communication with customers, internal team members, and the HQ organization.
• Support the execution team while ensuring compliance with EHS guidelines.
• Coordinate resources, including factories, local support functions, and external suppliers / partners, to ensure project success.

What You Bring

• Academic background in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
• Proven track record in the High voltage portfolio, with 5 years of professional experience; understanding of the GIS business is a preferred expertise.
• Availability for frequent national business trips, with occasional international travel.
• Strong English and Italian proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach.
