A global healthcare company is seeking a Project Manager in Monza, Italy. The role involves managing cross-functional projects and defining scope, goals, and budget. The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering or a Scientific discipline, PMP certification, and at least 3 years of experience in project management within the healthcare sector. Fluency in both Italian and English is required, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing cross-functional end to end project, from planning to resource allocation and installation, while creating an excellent customer experience
• Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and budgets
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules and risk assessments
• Managing and improving end-to-end processes for measurable business value
• Handling stakeholder relationships and collaborating in cross-functional teams to pursue new business opportunities and guide the team through complex challenges. Collaborate with PMO lead to prioritize projects based on strategic fit, resource capacity and market needs
• Contributing to company goals and commercial negotiations, ensuring efficient cost management to achieve the company's revenue and profitability targets
• Defining the strategic future by studying new technologies and proposing innovative solutions for the business roadmap
• Serving as a national point of reference and managing the onboarding of new customers, collaborating with them to develop project plans

Who You Are

• You have a degree in Engineering or a Scientific discipline, with PMP certification strongly preferred
• You have at least 3 years of experience in this role and in the healthcare sector
• You have proven experience and qualifications in project management
• You are able to translate customer insights into concrete technical deliverables
• You have an innovative and proactive mindset, capable of working independently to achieve clear business objectives
• You possess excellent relationship, communication, and negotiation skills
• You have a solid knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Smartsheet, PM tools, etc.)
• You have fluent knowledge of Italian and English
• You are willing to travel up to 80% of the time
