We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and drive complex projects throughout their entire lifecycle. In this role, you will work closely with the Manager, Team Leader and key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and enhance business operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong project delivery skills with the ability to define methodologies and governance standards that match the company’s reality.

Main Responsibilities
Project Delivery
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress, ensuring effective execution across all phases.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including Project Sponsors and senior leadership.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, meetings, and decision‑making sessions.
Methodology, Processes & Governance
  • Define, implement, and maintain project management governance, standards, and working methods.
  • Adapt methodologies and tools to fit the company’s maturity and strategic needs.
Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor project performance and track overall portfolio progress, ensuring visibility and alignment with business priorities.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and support mitigation actions.
  • Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and key project documentation to support decision‑making.
Support to Project Managers and Sponsors
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and operational support to other Project Managers in the company.
  • Assist Project Sponsors in defining project scope, success criteria, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a point of reference for methodology, governance, and process‑related questions.
Requirements
  • Degree (BA / MA) in Economics, Business, International Studies or other relevant fields.
Knowledge / Skills
  • Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with different levels of seniority and functions.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects efficiently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Capacity to build reliable interpersonal relationships.
  • Proven experience in Project Management with practical knowledge of project management tools.
  • Understanding of the business objectives of the organization and a strong client-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment.
