About The Role

As a CBRE Turner and Townsend Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

Location : Cusano Milanino, Lombardia, Italy

This role is part of the Project Management function, overseeing projects from initiation through completion.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all aspects of project management for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients on scope, resources, cost estimates, schedules, quality, and risk management.
• Define project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client standards.
• Ensure data integrity and accurate documentation.
• Guide the project delivery team to meet objectives.
• Create and track action plans, budgets, and schedules; report on project status.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard principles and innovative solutions to complex assignments.
• Coach team members and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Impact customer, operational, and project activities within and outside the team.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain complex or sensitive information clearly.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years relevant experience; equivalency considered. LEED AP, PMP, CCM preferred.
• Strong judgment and analytical skills.
• Open to new perspectives on solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Strong math skills for financial calculations.
