Job Description

The Solution Lead Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing the System & DES projects, ensuring compliance with project BOM / technical data, safety requirements, timelines, quality standards, etc. It will coordinate all the project technical activities, liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams / PMs, and ensure the successful implementation of our client’s solutions.

Main tasks

• Plan, manage, and monitor the SYS project activities;
• Support the PM to manage timelines & costs (technically and economically improve the BOM);
• Coordinate the various stakeholders (customers, suppliers, etc.);
• Make key decisions to ensure project success (also from a technical point of view);
• Ensure compliance with customer quality / safety and regulatory standards;
• Interface with customers and suppliers to define requirements and technical specifications;
• Develop technical solutions and project specifications (work closely with the technical team and the customer to ensure requirements are met);
• Oversee the implementation and commissioning of DES / new solutions;
• Troubleshoot technical issues during project execution.
