We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Controller to join our STACK team in Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for controlling the financial aspects of STACK Italy hyperscale construction projects and monitoring financial risks related to the supply chain.

What You’ll Do

  • Review budgets and cost reports
  • Review cash flow and support equity requests
  • Track and control project expenditures against approved budgets and scope
  • Reconcile reports against accounting data
  • Maintain accurate tracking of budget approvals and scope adjustments
  • Forecast and report land acquisition costs
  • Control and report due diligence costs
  • Prepare periodic financial reports for stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy of project data in reporting systems
  • Conduct financial assessments of key suppliers during tendering
  • Review tender recommendation reports and payment plans
  • Identify and communicate potential financial risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Perform annual financial evaluations of critical suppliers
  • Follow up on required securities from the supply chain
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and financial controls
  • Participate in project and development meetings to monitor progress and financial impacts
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project controlling to enhance efficiency and reporting quality

Education

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration

This role offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote work per week.
