A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Senior Estimator in Italy to play a crucial role in developing project estimates and guiding teams. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and engagement in innovative project strategies while working with experienced teams. Candidates are expected to possess extensive industry experience and strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, fostering relationships with clients and teams alike.

Competenze

• 10+ years as an Estimator in a construction environment.
• Chartered status (RICS, CEP, CPE) preferred or in progress.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Mansioni

• Develop and coordinate estimate plans with project team.
• Lead the total project estimate development.
• Prepare project basis of estimate and risk analysis.

As a Senior Estimator at Linesight , you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role you will:

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team
• Lead the development of the total project estimate
• Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, making cost contingency recommendations to the project team
• Analyze and make recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization, project objectives and guidelines
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have grown your experience as an Estimator over 10 years with increasing levels of scope and responsibility in a construction environment
• Have demonstrated experience using estimating systems such as Aspen Capital Cost Estimator, Sage Timberline, InEight , or CostX
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
• Are RICS , CEP or CPE chartered or are on the path to complete it . We can help !
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing, in both English and Mandarin
• Are detail orientated and quality focused
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
