The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of driving product initiatives from concept to execution while collaborating across technical and non‑technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and competitive monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
• Develop comprehensive business cases—including cost‑benefit evaluations, alternative scenarios, and projected impacts—to support investment decisions.
• Define and track strategic OKRs, ensuring full alignment with company objectives.
• Analyze product usage data, performance metrics, and profitability to generate insights and support strategic decision‑making.
• Gather and translate business requirements by engaging with customers and internal stakeholders; design solutions aligned with business goals in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Conceptualize and enhance innovative solutions by optimizing existing processes and functionalities.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage product improvements with the goal of increasing usability and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate major project initiatives, ensuring proper governance, progress tracking, and issue management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management and / or Business Analysis.
