Role summary

At BizAway we’re shaping the foundations of Product Design and we’re looking for a Designer who’s passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital products. You’ll work across the full design process: from discovery and research to prototyping and testing, all the way to polished, production-ready designs.

Your role in BizAway

• Lead design discovery activities within your squad, working closely with Product Managers and developers
• Collaborate with the other Product Designers ensuring consistency through the entire platform and journeys
• Turn insights and requirements into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Test solutions with users and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative data
• Guide the Research Strategy within your squad and manage with other designers the Research repository
• Contribute to the design system and its evolution
• Organize and manage co-design sessions and workshops, helping to spread a strong design culture
• Impact measurement: evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions through data and feedback, maintaining a continuous improvement cycle

What we're looking for

• 4–6 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer ideally in digital product companies with rapid growth
• You're not just a task executor, but a strategic collaborator working closely with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and other department stakeholders
• A portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process, we don’t care about the aesthetic but the way you take decisions and solve problems
• Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with analytics and collaboration tools (we use Amplitude, Qlik, FigJam and Miro)
• A user-obsessed, data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Fluent English (Italian is a plus, but not required)
• You believe in the power of simplicity in everything you do – eliminating the unnecessary to focus on what truly matters to the user
• Strong communicator who articulates design rationale clearly and persuasively, yet remains open to feedback and collaboration
