THE JOB :

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join our Process Engineering team, contributing to the optimization and continuous improvement of our production processes. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in a similar role and a solid background in Time and Methods (T&M) analysis and Lean Manufacturing.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement through Time and Methods studies.
  • Develop and implement standard work procedures and best practices for production lines.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Monitor and evaluate production performance metrics (OEE, cycle time, takt time, etc.) and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to support process optimization.
  • Participate in the definition of layout of production lines and workplace organization.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on new processes or improvements.
  • Document all changes and ensure alignment with quality and safety standards
Key features :
  • Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial setting, with direct involvement in Time and Methods activities.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI and Minitab
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written; other languages are considered an asset
  • Strong problem solving abilities and an innovative mindset
  • Flexibility and speed in decision making
  • Effective teamwork and active listening skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to drive change
