The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking, with a strong passion for investing and fluency in both Italian and English. Our client - a leading Italian Private Equity Investor is looking to hire an Investment Professional – primarily covering the Italian Mid Market.

The role would be based in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

1. Origination of Investment Opportunities
   • Independently source and identify potential software investment opportunities.
   • Build and maintain a robust investment pipeline.
2. Deal Execution Support
   • Perform financial modelling and commercial due diligence.
   • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses.
3. Business Development
   • Foster and develop strong relationships within the industry.

Required Skills / Experience

• Ideally 2 years of experience in Private Equity or in Investment Banking is essential.
• Also excellent Sector Knowledge: Must be entrepreneurial with a strong passion for investing.
• Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
