With a strong network and a wide range of services, we help to initiate R&D projects, promote new talent and start-ups, and make local companies fit and competitive for the future.

We’re looking for a temporary Press & Content Manager to fill a vacancy in our Communication & Events team.

If stories, headlines and language set your pulse racing, this could be a great fit. As NOI Techpark’s lead in press relations and content management, you’ll position our topics in the media, tell compelling stories from our innovation district and make sure our brand voice is clear and consistent across every channel.

Your responsibilities :

Identify newsworthy topics, write press releases and PR articles, liaise with editorial teams and support content from idea to publication.

Coordinate external agencies and suppliers in the areas of press and PR, while maintaining oversight of the bigger picture.

Plan and organise press conferences, build relationships with local media contacts, organise and accompany media tours, coordinate interviews and act as the first point of contact for press enquiries.

Work closely with colleagues in social media and content, aligning the editorial calendar and coordinating content production.

Connect the dots between copy, photography and video, ensuring everything we publish feels cohesive and stays true to our brand voice and tone.

You have what it takes :

A degree with a focus in languages, communication or a related field; ideally, relevant professional experience.

Excellent communication skills, with an open, friendly and professional manner; you’re comfortable working with local stakeholders.

A strong sense for newsworthy topics and genuine curiosity about innovation, research and diverse subjects.

A precise, creative writing style across formats – from press releases and speeches to advertorials and interviews.

German is your speciality and creative playground (C2). You have a strong command of written and spoken Italian and English (minimum B2).
