A growing automotive brand is seeking a PR Manager to enhance its brand reputation in Italy. The ideal candidate will develop and implement PR strategies, build media relationships, and effectively communicate product launches. The PR Manager will lead all public relations strategies to enhance the company’s brand reputation, strengthen media relationships, and support product launches. This role requires a strong storyteller with deep industry awareness, excellent media connections, and the ability to communicate complex technical topics with clarity and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to strengthen brand presence and support the visibility of our automotive product portfolio.
  • Build, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, automotive journalists, industry analysts, and relevant influencers.
  • Create high‑quality press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to effectively communicate product launches and milestone events.
  • Plan, organize, and manage media events, press conferences, product launch activities, and test‑drive sessions to maximize earned media impact.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing leadership with insights, sentiment analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with brand, product, and new media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all communication channels.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company in Italy, managing media inquiries, interviews, and reactive communications.
  • Stay continuously informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform communication strategies and identify PR opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a PR Manager
  • Preferably with a degree in Communication or Marketing or related fields.
  • Strong passion for automotive sector.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to independently solve problems and manage crisis communications.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and make sound decisions.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
