We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Head / Senior PPA Manager to join our high-performing team at Emeren Group, a global leader in solar and storage development with over 3 GW of projects and 10+ GWh in the pipeline.

Your Mission

As our Head / Senior PPA Manager, you’ll play a critical role in securing and managing long-term offtake agreements with corporate and utility buyers. You'll lead negotiations, oversee financial and legal structuring, and ensure bankable PPAs that support our project pipeline and commercial success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end PPA structuring, negotiation, and execution.
• Build and manage relationships with utilities, corporates, and energy buyers.
• Coordinate with legal, technical, and financial teams to ensure alignment and bankability.
• Monitor European energy market trends, policy shifts, and pricing to inform strategy.
• Support RFPs, bids, due diligence, and M&A activities.
• Oversee commercial risk analysis and stakeholder management.
• Optimise revenue strategies for our operating renewable portfolio.

What You Bring

• 5-10 years’ experience in PPA origination, energy trading, or renewable energy markets
• Solid understanding of UK / EU electricity markets and offtake structures
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in project finance and energy pricing
• A strong network and proven ability to close energy deals
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Degree in engineering, economics, or an energy-related field
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
