Conduct in-depth context analysis of Italian manufacturing companies and their supply chains to understand organisational structures and identify disruptions that most negatively affect operations. Identify suitable items and scales for measuring resilience and define a comprehensive, practically applicable Resilience Measurement Model, considering data sources, data‑gathering methods and required levels of aggregation. Contribute to the development and empirical validation of the Resilience Measurement Model by collecting and analysing data from experts in strategic Italian manufacturing firms. Examine relationships between resilience items and key output indicators to assess performance impacts. Identify strengths and shortcomings in companies’ resilience capabilities, and collaborate in documenting, publishing and disseminating results within the scientific community.
