Overview

MOL Italia, the MOL Group company dedicated to the polymer sales in Italy and France, is looking for a Polymer Sales Representative.

Purpose of the Position

Responsible to ensure the continuous sales of MOL Group polymer products, based on annual plans, mainly on the Italian market, in line with strategy with the scope to obtain highest margin possible. Take care of customer relations and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty and develop the image of the company / group.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage polymer sales activity in line with Petrochemicals Strategy and Business Plan to reach objectives specific for the Italian market.
  • Participate in projects (e.g. regular portfolio review) and development activities (e.g. Sales Meeting) as well as conferences, fairs, exhibitions, symposiums.
  • Prepare marketing and sales plans. Prepare market analysis to find new opportunities and create pipeline actions.
  • Manage monthly sales process in line with rules from forecasting through price discussion with customers to delivery.
  • Represent the company in front of customers. Maintain and develop direct commercial relationship with customers through customer visits.
  • Participate in collection of outstanding debts from customers.
  • Participate to carry out customer complaint / observation inspections on the spot and undertake actions to protect the interest of the company.
  • Participate in organization and conduction of technical consultations and industrial tests, and customer satisfaction survey.
  • Participate in product developments and launching new products, including participation on application tests
Requirements
  • University degree
  • 3-5 years professional experience as Sales Representative in Petrochemicals sector
  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office, SAP
  • High level negotiation skills; Customer oriented approach; Result orientation and flexibility
