Offerta

The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective operational management of the manufacturing site. In line with company policies, the role will include the following key responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production plant, ensuring high standards of quality and full compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate production activities within the plant and optimize processes in terms of efficiency and line performance.
• Manage Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects in collaboration with the HSE Manager.
• Lead and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs in line with group strategies.
• Identify critical areas and implement continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Contribute to the expansion of business lines in accordance with the needs of specific markets and sectors.

Competenze ed esperienza

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent education.
• Proven track record in senior plant management roles.
• Solid experience in industrial contexts with a strong operations background.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, proactivity, and authority, gained in consolidated managerial positions.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in entrepreneurial environments with a high level of autonomy and attention to detail.
• Results-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm.
• Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
