Responsibilities include maintaining industry knowledge for effective bidding, resolving cost discrepancies, and obtaining accurate material quotes. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, a solid understanding of accounting principles, familiarity with blueprints, and preferably 1 - 3 years of construction experience. This role offers a chance to contribute significantly to the bidding process.

The candidate will be familiar with our competitive advantages as an organization and will be able to communicate those to our benefit throughout the bidding process.
