A reputable consulting firm in Milan is seeking an HR – People & Culture Executive to assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The successful candidate will support recruitment processes, manage early careers programs, and handle HR administration duties. Ideal applicants will have a degree in Human Resources or related fields, 4-5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Italian and English. This open-ended contract role offers a dynamic environment focused on employee engagement and growth.

Competenze

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role focused on early careers recruitment.
• Postgraduate training in Human Resources is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
