The Role

A Patent Attorney with a background in Chemistry to join the team based in Milan.

Key responsibilities

• Perform prior art investigations and patentability assessments.
• Drafting and prosecution of patent applications.
• Provide infringement and validity advice.
• Monitoring and assessment of third-party patents.
• Provide support to opposition and litigation proceedings.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and practices that comply with applicable laws and regulations.

The candidate

• Qualified Italian Patent Attorney with a few years PQE and technical background in chemistry.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behaviour.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
