Description
We are looking for a committed and experienced Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join our team. Bring your passion for food and culinary skills including strong knowledge in viennoiserie to work closely with a team of professionals who encourage your growth. You will maintain high culinary standards working with seasonal menus and unique presentations while learning every day.
Your duties include preparing and cooking food according to recipes and quality standards, portioning and storing ingredients, and using baking tools safely. You will ensure food safety and hygiene compliance, monitor appliance and food temperatures, and maintain a clean kitchen by following sanitation procedures.
You will follow company safety and security policies, report incidents, and complete training. Professional appearance and confidentiality are required. Clear communication and teamwork are essential to support common goals.
