Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead international parts planning and transportation activities, ensuring alignment between global spare parts demand and supply sources. The role will support new product launches, market expansions, and the implementation of efficient distribution models. As part of a fast-growing and dynamic team, you will play a critical role in securing the availability and timely delivery of parts across multiple regions, contributing to a superior customer and dealer experience in the electric vehicle sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global spare parts demand planning and coordinate supply with production hubs.
  • Ensure readiness of initial stock for new product and market launches.
  • Monitor demand trends and proactively inform planning teams and suppliers.
  • Oversee inventory levels and parts availability at regional warehouses.
  • Support NSCs/importers with order fulfillment and optimized stock allocation.
  • Analyze and improve distribution efficiency, balancing service levels and transport solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional and supplier teams to implement distribution agreements.
  • Drive the deployment of new logistics flows, including direct shipments and local sourcing programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Aftersales Supply Chain or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in forecasting, planning, order management, and CRM systems.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • High customer focus with a drive for service excellence.
  • International work experience and full professional proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with aftersales tools and systems such as SBOM, parts catalogues, forecasting platforms, order management tools, warranty systems, and DMS.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across cultures and departments.
