As part of the Italian Partnerships team, you will have the mission to make Qonto shine and build a partner ecosystem of leading Italian companies to grow and scale indirect acquisition channels through collaborative marketing and sales strategies.
You will directly report to Mariano, our Country Director in Italy, and will work closely with the Growth, Strategic Projects, and Product teams.

After completing his studies in management engineering at Politecnico di Milano, Mariano developed experiences in multiple sectors going from healthcare (ICH), to industrial production in large-scale distribution (Decathlon). He quickly discovered an interest in startups and highly scalable business models, which is why he then decided to join Flixbus to grow its business in Italy, and then launch his own startup (JustAvv), to make legal services digital and more accessible. He finally joined Qonto in January 2019, as Country Manager Italy, and quickly made it our biggest international market.
Business-oriented, data-driven, and a team worker, Mariano is highly motivated to keep growing our actual 20+ Italian growth team, setting it up to keep up with our great ambition for the Italian market, which is Qonto’s 2nd market in terms of customer base.
