A fast-growing HR tech startup is seeking its first Partnerships professional to develop strategic relationships in Italy and internationally. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in partnerships or related roles, possessing strong negotiation and relationship management skills. This role offers the opportunity to shape and build the function from scratch, actively collaborating with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product. Skillvue is a Skill AI Assessment platform (SaaS) to hire top-skilled candidates and measure employee skill, culture and leadership at scale to upskill and grow the workforce by leveraging AI. In today’s evolving labour market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments and their importance will only continue to grow. Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce.
We are building a partner ecosystem that can bring our technology into new markets and new use cases through collaborations with consulting firms, system integrators, L&D providers and international networks.
To achieve this, we are looking for the first person dedicated to Partnerships at Skillvue. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (Gianmarco) and you will have the mission to build the function from scratch by defining the strategy, processes, pipeline, co-marketing initiatives, operating model and collaboration frameworks.
You won’t be copying what others have done. You’ll be creating what Skillvue needs today and what will take us where we want to be tomorrow.
You will become the go-to person for everything related to strategic partnerships, both in Italy and internationally. Concretely, you will:
