A leading telecommunications project seeks an Italian-speaking candidate for a customer support role. The position requires at least 1 year of sales experience and involves providing inbound assistance to customers with device issues and billing inquiries. Strong communication skills are essential. Provide inbound phone assistance to private customers
Support with device issues, subscriptions, billing, contract updates
Identify upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach
Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and empathy
Fluent Italian (written & spoken)
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, retail, customer-facing sales, telesales, etc.)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
EU passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible visa
On-site position in Lisbon
Rotative shifts between 06:0022:00, MondaySunday
40h/week (8h/day + 1h break)
