Akkodis Life Sciences division is the Italian leader for engineering consulting validation and GMP services for pharmaceutical chemical and healthcare companies. The division is composed of highly specialized consultants who have deepened their training collaborating with important international companies and with proven experience in the Good Manufacturing Practices field. The company ensures full compliance with FDA and equivalent European quality requirements. Services include Engineering Commissioning and Qualification IT Compliance Process & Quality advanced therapies GxP training.

In order to strengthen the division we are looking for a Packaging Engineer - Pharma.

Join our Life Sciences division a group of over 400 consultants working in Italy and around 5,000 consultants working across other European Regions in the Life Sciences. Our strength has always been the integration of our expertise which allows us to have a 360 view of the pharmaceutical world.

Join our Packaging Engineering team and play a key role in driving innovation quality and sustainability across our packaging operations.

As a Packaging Engineer you will :
  • Provide technical leadership and project management for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and Technology Transfer projects.
  • Offer global packaging technical support focusing on artwork / graphics management and the design of secondary and tertiary packaging.
  • Lead packaging process validation (PPQ) and distribution qualification studies (ASTM testing) for both the Latina site and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
  • Manage MSAT documentation including validation protocols technical specifications risk assessments and technology transfer reports.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering Quality Operations Regulatory Affairs Procurement and other global functions to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Partner with packaging material suppliers promoting innovation and sustainable solutions aligned with J&Js global environmental goals.
Profile

Do you have a Bachelors Degree (preferably Master) in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience? We are looking for a professional with a strong background in packaging engineering excellent project management skills and a passion for quality efficiency and continuous improvement.
