The successful candidate will lead the operational and commercial strategy of the Jazz Club, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and achieving sales and profit targets. Candidates should have a proven record in hospitality leadership and a strong understanding of food and beverage trends.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet General Manager to join Jumeirah Capri Palace for the Summer 2026 season, leading our newest and exclusive outlet, the Jazz Club. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Lead the operational and commercial strategy of the restaurant
  • Lead the revamp of the beverage, food and entertainment program in line with the strategy
  • Monitor operations and proactively initiate corrective actions
  • Deliver an excellent on brand / outlet specific guest experience
  • Maintain knowledge of local/global Food and Beverage trends
  • Apply creative solutions and propose ideas to grow, develop and improve the business and the staff
  • Deliver sales and profit targets
  • Stock management and minimization of controllable costs
  • Conduct regular team briefings, meetings and trainings
  • Manage the level, consistency, and quality of table and/ or counter service of all menu items
  • Ensure that all outlet processes adhere to all food hygiene regulations and procedures
  • Consistently monitor quality of food and beverages being served and service quality, escalating any major problems/ complaints to Senior Management.
  • Actively seek and reviews customer feedback relating to food quality, service, and overall satisfaction taking appropriate and timely action.
  • Take full responsibility for the performance of the outlet and its team
  • Conduct performance appraisals for all outlet colleagues.
