You will work on projects that combine organizational design, process optimization, and digital transformation, supporting leading companies in redefining their operating models and governance structures. Your role will be key in enabling clients to achieve efficiency, resilience, and innovation.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

• Mapping and re-engineering business processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and digital solutions
• Organizational analysis and design, supporting the definition of structures, sizing, roles, and responsibilities
• Project and Change Management, assisting in planning, monitoring, and managing transformation programs
• Target Operating Model design, contributing to the development of future-state models that integrate processes, organization, and technology
